As a trilingual Administrative Assistant, you are the seamless link between teams, clients and leaders — elevating communication, efficiency and collaboration across every

Document & Information Management

Create, format and refine documents and timesheets with accuracy and attention to detail.

Update and maintain the contact database to ensure flawless information flow.

Edit and manage office floorplans when needed.

Meetings & Events Coordination

Organize meetings and conference calls, ensuring smooth logistics from start to finish.

Provide support for both internal and external events, contributing to their seamless execution.

Reception Support

Act as backup for reception:

Second floor: during lunch breaks, holidays and receptionist absences.

First floor: during client meetings.
