In this 2-day course, you learn how to successfully apply Scrum and how to optimally guide the team and process as a Scrum Master.

After the training, you are ready to start working as a Scrum Master and to apply Scrum in practice or to improve the Scrum approach in your team or project. You can obtain the Certified Scrum Master^® certificate via an online test and have to take the exam on the Scrum Alliance^® website within 90 days after the training. The trainer takes care of the registration. If you pass the exam (scoring 60% on 35 multiple choice questions), you will receive the official Scrum Master certificate.

After attending the course, you will need to pass an online exam on the Scrum Alliance® website to obtain your Certified ScrumMaster^® certificate. The test must be taken within 90 days of the course. This test consists of 35 multiple choice questions on topics covered in the course. To pass, you will need to score at least 60 %. Our trainer will walk you through the certification process and provide you with access to the materials you need to study for the test.
