Senior Project Controller in Walloon Brabant - Industry
Functieomschrijving
As Senior Project Controller in a growing division, you will be in charge of all the financial processes development and will be in contact with internal & external stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will focus on studies into financial sustainability and profitability of major projects. The projects may come from public or private partnership, locally or internationally which will result on the possibility to have missions abroad.
Your role includes:
- The preparation, evaluation & follow up of budgets - Directly supporting your management and working closely with the operations on projects
- The identifications and recommendations on the realization of projects.
- Studies on economic, environmental, and legal aspects
- The project controlling - with cost analysis, forecasts, budgets
- The development and management of financial processes with harmonized tools, dashboards, … to follow up on every project's progresses
- Being the financial reference and point of contact internally and externally, which includes working closely with the engineers and project leaders.
Profiel
Working in an international environment, moreover in a leading company, you, as Senior Project Controller will present a certain set of hard and soft skills/experience:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management or Economics -Or equivalent qualification
- At least 8 years of relevant experience (eg: Economist - Big4/Big3, Real Estate, Construction, Environment, Energy sectors are a plus)
- Perfect command of English and French (written & spoken)
- You are proactive and have the entrepreneurial spirit
- You want to take part in a new innovating project
- You are autonomous
- You can work in team and have excellent communication skills
