We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team in Anderlecht.

Functieomschrijving
As an Accountant, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily accounting operations:
- Actively participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure accurate monitoring and control of general ledger accounts.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Contribute to financial and cross-functional projects, supporting process improvements and compliance.
- Serve as the key contact for Belgian authorities, internal and external auditors, and implement their recommendations.
- Manage and monitor intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Profiel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in French, good knowledge of Dutch, and strong English skills (minimum B2).
- Solid understanding of taxation and VAT regulations.
