Quality Controller 2 shifts
Functieomschrijving
As a Quality Controller, you work closely with the quality and production teams to ensure that our products not only meet the strictest standards, but also end up on store shelves with pride.
80% inspections on the workfloor/production <> 20% desk work (registration/documentation of performed checks)
Visual inspections of packaging and labeling
Monitoring quality standards and improving them where possible
Providing support during audits or certifications (BRC, IFS, Organic, customer audits…)
Coaching among employees to strengthen quality awareness

A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience in a food production environment
Experience with BRC and IFS standards
A good knowledge of Dutch and English, allowing you to communicate smoothly with colleagues
You have a critical mindset and a strong eye for detail
Your insights and observations contribute to maintaining and improving the quality level of our products
You are willing to work in a cold environment (5–10 °C), including about half an hour per day performing checks in the freezer (-18 °C)
You are comfortable working with MS Office and Outlook
