Junior Product specialist - Technical trainer

In your role as Junior Product specialist - Technical trainer, you will develop deep expertise in one of the product lines and serve as the go-to expert for both the Sales Engineers and clients, offering in-depth support related to your assigned product range. In addition, you will act as an internal trainer, sharing your knowledge with colleagues and contributing to successful product launches by creating training materials, delivering internal sessions, and supporting customer training. This position is based at the headquarters of our client in Mechelen.
Your responsibilities as a Junior Product specialist - Technical trainer:
- Supporting the clients and Sales Engineers via email, phone, face-to-face regarding your assigned product line
- Training your colleagues and clients
- Taking care of technical documentation/ translation
- Travelling up to 30% in the 10 European countries that the company is supporting
Profiel
We're looking for a Product Specialist - Technical Trainer with the following profile:
- Engineering degree or a strong interest in technology and technical products
- 1-3 years of work experience in a related field
- Fluent in English (at business proficiency level), any other of the following languages is a plus: Dutch, French, German, Czech, Slovakian, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian.
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Some programming knowledge is a plus
- In possession of a valid driving license
