As a full stack developer you will be responsible for implementing new features and improving existing features within various components of our platform.
Our main tech stack for the various components of our platform consist out of:
PHP
Laravel
Angular
VueJS
BackboneJS
All of our components are kept up to date with the latest versions! (yes, we update our dependencies)
Some example stories that might end up in your sprint:
Adding a configuration screen for a new question type
Adding a new module for advanced reporting of assessment results
Implementing improvements to the question editor based on user feedback
Implementing a new API endpoint
Additionally, you will play a significant role in extending our e2e test coverage and you will conduct code reviews with your fellow team members. You will be an active and direct contributor to the product strategy and growth.
No doubt you know your way around code. But let’s dig a bit deeper into the various technical skills you’ll need.
You have 5+ years of experience and are confident working with at least two of our core frameworks (PHP/Laravel, Angular, VueJS).
You’re experienced with CI/CD workflows, agile methodologies, and understand the importance of code reviews as a mutual learning opportunity.
You have experience with e2e testing and tools like Cypress and care about shipping high-quality, tested code.
You write clean, well-structured, and DRY code, supported by clear technical documentation that helps others work with it.
You’re fluent in Git, know how to refactor wisely, and are mindful of balancing tech debt with delivery speed.
Security, scalability, and performance aren’t afterthoughts for you. You build with them in mind from the start.
You know how to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize where it truly matters.
You have a strong sense of ownership, take initiative, and actively contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
You enjoy pair programming, mentoring teammates, and sharing your knowledge to help others grow.
You stay up to date with tech trends and enjoy exploring how new tools or frameworks can improve the product.
You’re comfortable collaborating with external DevOps teams, and can communicate technical needs clearly.
You have an eye for UX and care about how users experience the features you build.
You’re proactive, organized, and capable of working independently within a small, fast-moving team.
You’re fluent in English (spoken and written) and bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to every challenge.
