As a Financial Due Diligence Manager, you will be part of the Investment Team. You will work closely with the Investment Manager and play a key role in driving value across existing investments & internal projects.
- Review comprehensive financial due diligence on potential investment targets, including in-depth analysis of financial statements, cash flow, risks and value drivers.
- Provide crucial financial analysis & assessments, giving recommendations and transparency within the investment portfolio.
- Refine & develop internal performance reporting, creating clear and actionable insights for management & partners to support effective decision-making.
- Establish and maintain relationships with in- and external stakeholders.
- Monitor market development and sector-specific trends to secure strategic input aligned the investment strategy.
- Ensure compliance with risk management, regulatory standards and best practices relevant to the family office structure.
- Act as a trusted resource for ad hoc financial projects, providing additional expertise when needed.
- Follow-up and manage the investment real estate portfolio.
Profiel
- You hold a Master degree in Finance.
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial Due Diligence and/or M&A within a big 4 company.
- You have strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have extended experience in stakeholder management.
- You are proactive, entrepreneurial and results-driven. You are able to work independently and take ownership.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and other European languages is a strong asset.
- Flexible toward business travel within Europe.
