Restaurant Tiflis is a modern Georgian-inspired restaurant located in the center of Leuven. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. For our kitchen, we are looking for an assistant cook who can independently prepare dishes and ingredients, make sauces during mise-en-place, and guide student workers during service.
Responsibilities

Preparing dishes, ingredients, and sauces during mise-en-place

Working with order tickets during service and maintaining an overview
-
Sending out dishes according to the restaurant’s standards

Supervising and guiding student workers during service
-
Receiving deliveries, checking products, and storing them correctly

Accurately following recipes and work methods

Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation
-
Respecting hygiene and food safety guidelines
-
Actively contributing ideas to improve workflows and kitchen organization
