The scope of responsibilities for this job include:
- You will lead the month-end close process for Sales & Margin, ensuring timely and accurate reporting outcomes;
- You will drive the monthly forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting cycles for sales and margin;
- You will serve as the key point of contact for pricing and margin transformation initiatives;
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend strategic financial decisions;
- You will prepare in-depth trend analysis and present insights to senior leaders;
- Your responsibilities will include managing and improving financial processes and leveraging advanced analytics tools to enhance business process efficiency;
- You will spearhead scenario modeling and support data-driven decision-making.

Profiel
The requested qualifications for this job include:
- You have at least 6 years of progressive experience in Finance or Audit, ideally within multinational FMCG or industrial companies;
- You possess advanced skills in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business planning;
- You are proficient in tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, SAP, and Excel (knowledge of VBA is a plus);
- You are fluent in English, with additional European language skills being an advantage;
- You have outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority;
- You are comfortable managing multiple priorities under time constraints while ensuring high-quality output;
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a hands-on mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning.
