The PRINCE2® V7 Foundation training covers all aspects of PRINCE2 at both insight and skill level. The new version has added People as a central element and Sustainability as a performance aspect. Topics of the training include Project and project management with PRINCE2, the seven aspects of project performance, the PRINCE2 principles, the PRINCE2 processes, and Applying and Tailoring PRINCE2, considering the context of Organisation, Sustainability, Commerce, Lifecycle, scale, and complexity of the project. Our trainers are fully certified and have extensive project management experience. This ensures you gain insight in both theory and practice. We also prepare you for the PRINCE2® Foundation exam, so that you can feel confident about passing the exam and obtaining the much sought-after certificate for project management.

After this course you will be able to:
