The objective of this training course is to gain insight into:

• the regulatory developments as concerns ‘best execution’ obligations;
• the practical set-up of ‘best execution’ rules and procedures;
• carrying out checks on compliance with the ‘best execution’ obligation.

CONTENTS

• Brief review of the existing obligations: theory and practice based on, among other things, recent guidance documents (ESMA, FCA, etc.);
• Looking ahead to developments in MiFID II/MiFIR: state of regulation and challenges;
• Considerations and practical tips for carrying out checks in terms of ‘best execution’.

You follow a ‘Classroom training’ in a group. You, the other participants and the teacher are all present in the same classroom at an agreed time. The teaching material consists as a basis of a presentation via the MyFA learning platform, supplemented with various other items (such as digital syllabus, presentation, audiovisual fragments, etc.).
