The role will be based in Middle East after a few months of practice in Belgium, you will directly work with the General Manager of the region and report to the Group CFO (in Belgium).

The idea is to take over the whole financial activity of the group over there:
- Accounting processes development & management - audit processes management
- Controlling development: develop budget & forecast processes, put in place KPI's and dashboards
- Strategy development: work closely with the business in order to support it in its growth
- Point of contact internally and with the external stakeholders
- People management will follow
Your inputs and insights will be keys to the growth of the role.
Profil
As Business Controller / Finance Manager for one of the regions where the Group operates, you will gather a certain professional expertise. We also understand that the function will grow, and that potential and ambitions are keys.
- Master's degree in finance / Economics / Business Management
- Min 3 years of financial experience
- Fluent in English - Knowledge of French / Dutch is a plus
- Good knowledge of financial accounting principles
- Ambition to grow and to develop
- Proactivity and solution minded
- Capacity to work on operational level and to strategically report to the C Level
- Autonomous
