We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders and responding to inquiries from both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions related to service issues, order processing, and support services;
- Begin developing strong relationships with a defined portfolio of customers;
- Act as backup support for Customer Service colleagues as needed;
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery;
- Process and amend orders in the system, providing immediate confirmations to customers;
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure complete and accurate documentation for timely deliveries;
- Monitor order status and due dates in line with Customer Service KPIs;
- Respond promptly to customer requests for information or updates;
- Communicate via multiple channels (calls, emails, faxes) to resolve inquiries;
- Step in to assist with colleague portfolios during absences;
- Proactively inform customers about the status of their orders, backorders, and shipments;
- Ensure timely invoicing and shipping of parts, especially at month-end;
- Support issue resolution by helping implement cost-effective recovery plans.
Opleiding: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Vakkennis: First expierence in Customer service is required.
Talenkennis: English.
