Position: Clerk (Operations)
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle a high volume of client interactions, including in-person, over the phone, and through digital channels, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist clients with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate them to clients.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or problems that clients may encounter, escalating to management as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including those related to security and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all client interactions and transactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of banking products and services.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-stress or challenging situations.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and open communication.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Profil
Knowledge required:
MS Excel, MS Word etc
Should be fluent in English and have basic knowledge of Dutch.
Experience in KYC/AML area will be a plus.
