Job description

  • You will coordinate all warehouse activities between the central EMEA warehouse in Aalst and an external 3PL warehouse in Poland. You manage the logistic process accurately and in a structured way.
  • As a member of the service department in Aalst, you process all incoming and outgoing shipments. You monitor the stock management and provide instructions for the shop floor when running short on certain items.
  • You guarantee fast order picking and a qualitative delivery within a strict time frame. In addition, you also focus on efficient, more standardized flows.
  • You think creatively and propose improvements regarding efficiency, customer satisfaction and performance. You monitor complaints and are able to find service solutions for the clients. 

Profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in a logistic environment. 
  • You work accurately and have a problem-solving attitude. You like to connect with people from different countries within the organization. 
  • You are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel.
  • You are able to adapt your communication style to the different levels within the company.
