Job description


  • Prepare, supply, and operationally monitor construction sites.
  • Track costs and ensure compliance of deliveries.
  • Optimize team work schedules.
  • Facilitate clear communication between partners (clients, architects, design offices, project owners).
  • Implement health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Translate client requirements and quality procedures into actionable measures.
  • Monitor deadlines and work efficiency.
  • Serve as an information liaison for internal procedures.
  • Participate in the training and evaluation of team members.
  • Promote company values, with an emphasis on respect.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure correct operation of equipment.


Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in a technical sector; team leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work at various locations and according to changing schedules.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch.
  • Strong organizational skills, results-oriented, safety- and quality-focused; excellent team management abilities; proactive and responsible.
  • Proficient in IT tools.
  • Driver’s license (B).
