Site manager

- Prepare, supply, and operationally monitor construction sites.
- Track costs and ensure compliance of deliveries.
- Optimize team work schedules.
- Facilitate clear communication between partners (clients, architects, design offices, project owners).
- Implement health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Translate client requirements and quality procedures into actionable measures.
- Monitor deadlines and work efficiency.
- Serve as an information liaison for internal procedures.
- Participate in the training and evaluation of team members.
- Promote company values, with an emphasis on respect.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure correct operation of equipment.
Profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in a technical sector; team leadership experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work at various locations and according to changing schedules.
- Fluent in French or Dutch.
- Strong organizational skills, results-oriented, safety- and quality-focused; excellent team management abilities; proactive and responsible.
- Proficient in IT tools.
- Driver’s license (B).
