Responsibilities:
  • Offer customer support via phone and tickets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, services, and procedures to provide accurate solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve the customer experience and resolve complex issues.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and organization.
  • Participate in shaping and executing office policies and procedures.

Profile

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer support, office management, or a related field is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • You take initiative and can work independently.
Language Skills:
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is advantageous.
