Responsibilities:
- Offer customer support via phone and tickets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, services, and procedures to provide accurate solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve the customer experience and resolve complex issues.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and organization.
- Participate in shaping and executing office policies and procedures.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support, office management, or a related field is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- You take initiative and can work independently.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is advantageous.
