Newly created, the Business Reform Gazoo Racing Department is responsible to develop a sustainable motorsport business model, by conducting motorsports activities, fan engagement, marketing, and new business area development. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to “making ever better cars” and to protect the motorsports landscape that is required to do so.
Your responsibilities
- Scheduling and arranging of meetings internally and externally
- Preparing and executing Purchase Orders / Payment Processes / Expense Claims / Invoices etc.
- Creating of status reports
- Developing and maintaining operational standards
Profile
Your profile
- You are fluent in English (TME business language)
- Fluency in Japanese at business level is and advance. (For communication with TMC, our mother company in Japan)
- You have some good competency for:
- Communication with external stakeholders (Toyota group companies, Suppliers, Motorsport teams, Drivers)
- Materials and Report preparation for working level
- You have:
- Open mindset
- Ready to take ownership of your tasks
- Communication clearly to build up the consensus and making simple and clear reports
- Flexibility of tasks
- Experience with Oracle (an advantage)
- Analytical & organizational skills
