Job description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting analyses of existing procurement processes, structures, and systems within an international matrix organization.
- Reviewing the current organization and working methods, and identifying optimization opportunities for efficiency and structure.
- Developing and implementing improvement proposals at group level.
- Designing scalable, uniform processes and guiding the organization through the transition to a more streamlined way of working.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders.

Profile
The required qualifications are:
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with process optimization and procurement in an international environment.
- A proactive and analytical mindset; able to clarify complex structures.
- Experience within matrix organizations is a plus.
