One of the programs our team worked on was increasing the STP rate of KBC’s commercial processes. Our non-commercial, supporting processes also need to become more STP. This will free up time for other tasks, reduce friction, improve customer and employee satisfaction, and keep KBC competitive in the long term.
Various departments will collaborate to improve our way of working, supported by process optimization and (Gen, Agentic) AI. Together with your ACE colleagues, you will make a significant contribution to this program by providing strategic input, helping determine which domains and processes should be optimized first, rethinking end-to-end processes, and monitoring progress.

- Take on diverse assignments combining process improvement techniques with desk research, internal and external benchmarking, and knowledge of technological solutions and trends. Use these insights to design optimal solutions.
