Production Worker
Job description
As a production worker, you are responsible for properly preparing, hanging, removing, and finishing metal parts. You will work closely with the production and maintenance teams to ensure consistently high-quality results.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare metal parts (degreasing, sanding, masking) for powder coating.
Load and unload the oven, check color, coating thickness, and finish.
Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety on the shop floor.
Report any deviations or quality issues to the production management.
Profile
Attention to detail and quality awareness.
Physically fit and experienced in handling metal parts.
Team player who can also work independently.
