Packaging Operator – Fresh Vegetables
Job description
For an agricultural firm in Wijtschate, Konvert Interim in Ypres is looking for operators for the packaging machine. You will be responsible for setting up your machine, feeding the machine, ensuring that your colleagues prepare the packaged vegetables or fries correctly according to the order. You will also ensure that the products receive the correct label. You carry out quality control, e.g. counting the correct number of boxes/packaging on the pallet. You may perform minor troubleshooting on the machine if needed.
Profile
You are flexible, motivated and driven. You are able to supervise your colleagues. You have a strong sense of responsibility and like to perform your tasks precisely. Preferably, you have some affinity with the agro-food industry or experience in the agro-food industry.
Offer
You will enter a family-oriented working environment without a strict 9-to-5 mentality. Salary is negotiable. Work is from Monday to Friday. Start time can be as early as 7:00 AM.
