Are you passionate about coffee and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced production environment? Join our team as an Operator and help craft top-quality coffee products, from beans to capsules, pads, and filter coffee.
What you’ll do:
- Operate, set up, and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain product quality according to strict standards.
- Keep your workspace clean and safe while following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with your team leader by providing accurate production data and insights.
Profile
- Experience as an operator in a production environment or a strong willingness to learn.
- Solid technical affinity and interest in working with machines.
- Flexibility to work in a 2-shift system (morning and afternoon).
- Attention to detail and precision in your work.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong team spirit.
