Job description

  • You are the trusted advisor to the General Manager.
  • You are actively involved in the organization of its secretariat.
  • You have daily telephone contact and coordinate his agenda.
  • You will be responsible for the complete management of his business trips, as well as the follow-up of expenses.
  • Responsible for receiving and greeting visitors.
  • Office management: office organization, property equity management, supplier contacts, contract management, etc.
  • HR responsibilities: employee benefits, ordering meal vouchers, etc.
  • Registration of leases and follow-up with tenants.
