Job description

Your Perfect Job? Do you want to ensure the Corporate Practice Team spends a maximum amount of time providing legal advice to their clients? Can you provide effective, high quality support, enabling them to focus on their clientsWould you like to use your outstanding organisational, administrative and communication skills.Are you analytical, proactive and motivated and hence able to provide efficient high calibre support?
  • Organisational Responsibilities:
    • You take ownership for all organisational aspects (agenda, meetings, business lunches and worldwide travel arrangements) as well as assuring deadlines are met
    • You manage priorities like no other
  • Communication Responsibilities:
    • Draft, proof-read, format and translate diverse documents including PowerPoints (Sound linguistic skills and accuracy are vital)
    • You would enjoy extensive client contact as well as contact with other Crowell & Moring offices
  • File Management:
    • You are fully responsible for organising and opening of matters and closing files as well as ensuring that all administrative and organisational procedures are adhered to including timesheets and invoicing
    • Assist the team with conflict searches as well as audit requests
  • Involvement:
    • At Crowell & Moring everyone’s contribution is valued and hence you will be invited to all weekly office meetings as well as internal and external client meetings

Profile

  • Minimum 4 years’ of experience as a Management Assistant
  • Excellent written & spoken French with Good written & spoken English + Fair spoken Dutch
  • Proficient MS Office
