Learning & Development Manager
Job description
As Learning & Development Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:
- Defining and implementing a European Learning & Development strategy aligned with the company's overall HR and business strategy;
- Designing, developing and delivering training and development programs covering sales, operations, leadership, management and coaching;
- Supporting organizational change by developing training and communication initiatives related to new processes, systems and operational updates;
- Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and producing regular reports on training deployment, performance and talent development;
- Leading HR and cross-functional projects such as employer branding, employee journey initiatives and internal communication for operational teams.

Profile
The required profile for the Learning & Development Manager (m/f/x) position:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent through experience;
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development within an international environment;
- Experience managing and administering an LMS and designing training programs;
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train and present to large groups;
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with a good knowledge of French considered an asset.
