Job description

The main activities and responsibilities will be:
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents;
  • Circulate and file administrative documents ;
  • Manage private administration for the CEO;
  • Answer and manage incoming calls;
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications;
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors;
  • Frequent contacts with very senior people (i.e. investors, shareholders, C-level people of participations, board members, advisors);
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and in all regions;
  • Design and maintain databases (including investor relations CRM system).

Profile

The qualifications required for this job are as follows:
  • The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in office management, in Multilingual Business Communication or Languages and has minimum 2-3 previous experience as an executive assistant.
  • Language: perfect knowledge of English, French, and Dutch.
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
