Junior Process Analyst - Retail - Brussels
Job description
- You implement and continuously improve processes within SAP.
- You gather business needs and translate them into clear requirements for IT.
- You contribute to the development and optimization of a data monitoring tool, helping prioritize improvements and ensure data quality.
- You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
- You perform process controls and testing within SAP, and share insights with IT.
- You support users as a point of contact for system-related questions.
- You manage improvement initiatives and analyze data, creating clear reports in Power BI.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (economics/IT or equivalent experience)
- Experience with SAP and strong Power BI skills ; or curiosity for it
- Interest in understanding business
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Dutch, English, and French is a mandatory
