IT Coordination & Project Support
- Assist in defining IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate IT projects and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support the deployment and functional validation of new IT solutions.
- Ensure proper maintenance of applications and systems, with external support when needed.
Governance & Compliance
- Implement IT governance processes to ensure system quality and compliance.
- Maintain IT policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts (e.g., GDPR, cybersecurity standards).
- Participate in IT audits and follow up on recommendations.
User Support & Incident Management
- Supervise incident handling and support requests to ensure service continuity.
- Analyze support metrics and contribute to improvement plans.
Cybersecurity & Risk Awareness
- Support internal compliance projects.
- Help implement IT security measures and promote data protection practices.
- Raise awareness among staff on cybersecurity best practices.
- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Business Needs & Process Improvement
- Collect and prioritize internal business needs.
- Assist in drafting RFPs and evaluating IT solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization using existing tools and technologies.
- Support change management through training and documentation.
Performance & Cost Monitoring
- Monitor IT-related expenses and contribute to budget tracking.
- Help define KPIs to measure IT performance and cybersecurity effectiveness.
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with internal IT staff and external service providers.
- Ensure quality and consistency of IT deliverables.
- Represent IT in cross-functional projects and facilitate collaboration.
Profile
- IT Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization.
- Cybersecurity: GDPR, IT audits, NIS2 compliance, basic security tools.
- Cloud & Collaboration: Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams.
- Networking: TCP/IP, VPN, secure Wi-Fi.
- Systems: ERP (e.g., Odoo), Document Management Systems.
- Monitoring Tools: Azure Portal, Microsoft Admin Center, Intune.
Languages
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with strong proficiency in the other.
- Good command of English for technical documentation.
Experience
- 8+ years in a similar role, ideally in a mid-sized or financial environment.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, user support, and project coordination.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and vendor management.
