Inside Sales (FR / NL)
Job description
As an Inside Sales (FR / NL) at our client, you will have the following responsibilities :
- Managing and following up on customer calls and the shared mailbox.
- Preparing and formatting documents.
- Entering quotations and orders into the system.
- Following up on customer files and updating information in the database.
- Managing and resolving issues encountered by customers.
Profile
The ideal Inside Sales (FR / NL) for our client would have the following skills :
- You are bilingual French & Dutch (Mandatory).
- You have an interest to evolve in a technical sector.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are organized & pro-active.
