Job description

icometrix is currently looking for an Inhouse Sales Representative, in order to improve our worldwide sales efforts. We're looking for someone that can work from our Leuven office (Belgium), to have a close collaboration between our VP Clinical Application, CEO, VP Sales, and Sales team. We're looking for someone who is hands-on, excited to build on the growth of icometrix and also be a part of it.
We think the ideal profile is someone who takes initiative, who is full of crazy energy and has great ideas on how to approach radiologists and neurologists with our icobrain services. He/She will be responsible for securing new clients through our icobrain portfolio in clinical practice and developing strong relationships with existing customers. On the other side, you'll get rewarded for your efforts, you'll also get rewarded as you'll help doctors and patients all over the world and you'll be part of the icometrix growth in which you could, depending on yourself, play a big role. 

What will you do? 
  • Coordinate sales efforts, follow-up on leads including cold calls to medical centra & hospitals
  • Coordinate sales-driven projects, for example, partnership analysis, competitor analysis,... 
  • Qualify and convert marketing-generated prospects 
  • Educate and convince radiologists and neurologists of the impact of icobrain on their diagnostic accuracy, productivity, and clinical decision-making
  • Transform patient care by closing deals and turning them into fruitful long-term collaborations 
  • Travel from time to time to attend trade shows and work directly with prospects and users 
  • Build and nurture key customer relationships
    • Create a network of reference sites and clinical champions
    • Collaborate with the internal icometrix team to address customer issues and requests

Profile

  • Fit with our values and culture (impact, trust, collaboration, respect and crazitivity)
  • A real passion for the fields of neuroradiology, diagnostic imaging and neurology, fields in which you will become active
  • A learning attitude, not afraid to learn new things, also through your own efforts
  • 3+ years of field sales experience, ideally with medical software
    • Connections in Radiology or Neurology is a strong asset
  • Not afraid to pioneer the transformation of patient care through imaging AI, you have the courage to pursue your goal
  • Possess energetic sales abilities, incl. communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Possess a project management & analytical mindset
  • Out-of-the-box mindset, initiative taker
