The client is an international company located in Brussels.

Job description

As an HR officer:

  • You are in charge of providing administrative and logistical support for the recruitment process and/or individual recruitment procedures (scheduling/confirming meetings, sending out invitations and tests, booking meeting rooms, following up on feedback)
  • You are helping the HR team to manage their agenda (organisation and plannification of interviews)
  • Maintain employees and client files in the database
  • You understand the needs of the managers and help them in the posting of their job descriptions


The successful candidate:

  • Good level in English, French and Dutch, the 3 languages are important
  • You are a very good organiser and you have a good eye for detail, you are precise and conscientious
  • You have a bachelor in Office Management or a diploma in HR or other similar studies
  • You have an affinity with hr and administration
  • You are a good organiser and you are proactive
