As HR Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:
Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the GM BeNeFraLux, the Head of Brands, Innovation & Sustainability, and their resp management teams on all people-related topics
- Translate business strategy into a clear and integrated people strategy for the organization in scope
- Anticipate organizational and capability needs and proactively propose HR solutions
- Act as change agent during organizational transformations
Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition
- Build and promote a strong and differentiated employer brand for the commercial organization in Belgium and the Netherlands
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, in close collaboration with hiring managers
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate and onboarding experience
Performance, Talent & Succession Management
- Deploy and embed Group performance management processes (objective setting, reviews, calibration, feedback culture)
- Identify, develop and retain key talent
- Support talent reviews, succession planning and internal mobility
- Coach managers in performance conversations and talent development decisions
Learning & Development
- Identify capability gaps
- Co-create and deploy learning & development initiatives (individual, team and leadership development)
- Support leadership development, coaching and feedback practices
- Foster a continuous learning culture
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
- Support organizational design and change management
- Ensure structures and roles enable strategy execution
Leadership Coaching & Culture
- Act as coach and sounding board for leaders and managers
- Support the development of an engaging, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Translate Group values and cultural initiatives at local level
Social Relations & Employee Relations
- Act as first point of contact for employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and collective labor agreements, in close collaboration with legal and Group HR
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Deploy annual engagement survey, turn insights into actions by enabling the leadership to act
- Design and deliver exceptional employee experiences across the employee lifecycle
- Drive engagement initiatives, well-being and JEDI actions
- Organize and animate local and cross-site people events

The required profile for the HR Manager (m/f/x) position:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or equivalent
- Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role ideally in an international environment, with a group structure
- Strong exposure to commercial or sales organizations is a clear asset
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand commercial dynamics
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Solid knowledge of Belgian and Dutch labor law and social relations
- Coaching mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Dutch or French native, fluent in French and English
