About the Client:
Our renowned client in the IT sector, located in the Zaventem region, is looking to find a temporary HR Administration Specialist. This international organization is seeking a hands-on professional to join their team as soon as possible for an initial 3-month assignment, with the possibility for extension.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation of employment contracts and change documents across multiple European countries country-specific benefits and pension plans; local knowledge is a plus.
- Input and maintain benefits data in internal and external tools; keep employee records accurate and up to date.
- Oversee digital signature processes for contracts and HR-related documents.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of the HRIS system
- Execute tasks related to HR onboarding and offboarding.
- Support HR reporting and data uploads.
- Maintain comprehensive and current employee files, communicating changes promptly to the payroll team.
- Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding across multiple countries.

Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel; able to create formulas and perform data checks (PowerBI/dashboard experience is a strong plus).
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level); proficiency in French, Spanish, or Dutch is preferred
- Experience with the creation of contracts/profiles, ideally in an international environment.
- Proactive, structured, and exceptionally accurate with a hands-on attitude.
- Fast and efficient, able to handle a busy workload across several countries.
- Background in HR administration or payroll, ideally with exposure to international labour law.
- Knowledge of local employment practices in Belgium, Spain, and Austria is highly advantageous.
