In order to support the growth of our Belgian subsidiary, located in Drogenbos Brussels, we are looking to recruit as soon as possible a
HoReCa and OCS Sales Specialist BeLux (m/f/d)
- Responsible for reaching the defined sales targets within the specific region;
- Assist in establishing and implementing the overall nationwide strategy, integrating also tactical aspects to adress each specific channel targeted;
- Take responsability for the introduction of new products, communicating launch plans and providing relevant training to both Sales and Technical Teams;
- Work closely with the Country Manager to organize the roll-out of the Business strategy;
- Take in charge personally the sales relationship with national key accounts, coffee roasters, chains, operators and service partners;
- Participate in the set-up of the Aftersales business network;
- Participate together with Country Manager in the yearly definition of the sales targets
- Ideally minimum of 7 (or more) years professional experience in a similar job, preferably in a B2B sales environment with coffeemachines, vending machines or related products.
- The ideal candidate will also have some experience working in or selling to dealers / wholesalers and / or directly to the Ho.Re.Ca. (or Vending) market.
- Excellent sales skills and result orientated
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as a large personal drive, flexibility and team spirit
- Bilingual (written+spoken) in French and Dutch is mandatory also good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS-Office applications
