Functional Analyst
Job description
As the Functional Analyst:
- You analyze and document logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment;
- You gather and translate business requirements into functional objectives for systems such as WMS, TMS, and ERP;
- You collaborate with product owners, process developers, and IT teams to design and implement system enhancements and process optimization;
- You support configuration and testing phases for logistics software solutions;
- You facilitate workshops and training sessions to help end-users adopt tools effectively;
- You monitor system performance and provide first-line functional issue support;
- You maintain detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and system configurations.

Profile
We're looking for someone with:
- A Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience;
- At least two years of experience as a Functional Analyst, ideally in logistics or supply chain contexts;
- Knowledge of logistics tools and systems such as WMS, TMS, and ERP platforms;
- Proficiency in process modeling techniques like BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams;
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is considered a bonus.
