Finance Management Consultant
Job description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of financial services and solutions, we specialize in helping organizations optimize their finance functions and drive strategic growth. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in finance and a passion for driving change and innovation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to finance transformation.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing finance processes, systems, and organizational structures.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop customized finance transformation strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead and manage finance transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Design and implement optimized financial processes, leveraging best practices and innovative technologies.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in implementing financial systems, such as ERP, FP&A, and RPA solutions.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and compliance processes to mitigate financial risks.
- Train and mentor client teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Profile
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Finance Consultant, Finance Manager, Finance Project manager or in a similar finance transformation role.
- In-depth knowledge of finance processes, systems, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex finance-related challenges.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in leading finance transformation projects, including process optimization and technology implementations.
- Familiarity with financial systems, such as ERP, FP&A, and RPA tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget.
