District Manager - Beauty Sector
Job description
The District Manager will have the following responsibilities :
- Full steering of the store network to ensure commercial performance and achievement of targets.
- In-depth P&L management, including profitability, margins, payroll costs, productivity, and operational expenses.
- Monitoring of key KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, average basket, sales index, units per transaction, perfect basket, and market share.
- Daily field presence with regular store visits, on-the-ground support, and team development.
- Recruitment activities, conducting individual interviews, regular check-ins, and upskilling of teams.
- Guaranteeing operational excellence, including safety standards, processes, shrink management, and execution of the retail commercial calendar.
- Analysis of brand performance, administrative management, and reporting workflows.
Profile
- Similar previous experience managing a store network
- Retail experience and genuine interest in the beauty universe.
- A challenger mindset with a passion for people, collaboration, and team development.
- Strategic thinker able to navigate ambiguity and understand business challenges.
- Open personality, dynamic, proactive, analytical and action-oriented.
- French fluency required with a good level of Dutch.
