Incorporated in Belgium in 1989 by business manager and designer Paul Ameloot, today Delta Light has developed to become the market leader and trendsetter in architectural lighting. Presenting innovative lighting designs, the company is recognized throughout the world for its subtle blend of ambiance, elegance, functionality, and design, both in interior and exterior lighting.

Over the years Delta Light established its growth based on in-house design, R&D, quality control, testing and production. From design to engineering and prototyping, all the way to production, packaging, and stocking… all is handled at the Delta Light headquarters in Wevelgem.

Job description

  • You translate the business needs into digital marketing strategies and identify the audience persona's and customer journey project management skills by:
    • Creating an SEO-audit of our website today
    • Optimizing our E-mail marketing flow
    • Defining optimal awareness-retargeting-conversion budget for Paid campaigns
  • You define and create the media plan for paid media campaigns, proposing the right channels (social media, SEA, email marketing etc.) to reach people and the KPI's that matters depending on the campaign targets and this by:
    • Frequent follow-up of our organic search rankings (+ competitors if possible)
    • Updating paid campaigns planning with product marketing agenda
    • Management of content, text, and budget for campaigns (email, paid campaigns)
  • You start campaigns and do the follow up by frequently reporting back to the Marketing team:
    • Analyze facts and figures of old and new campaigns (for example: LB14 launch - how many downloads/week)
    • Weekly reporting of our growth on all channels (organic, paid, social, referral)
    • Insights about the organic and paid visitors/conversions
    • Tracking of our different touchpoints (newsletters, conversions, retargeting, webinars)
    • Proposing free or paid solutions for a lookback window and for the follow-up of attributions models


  • You have a bachelor's degree in digital marketing or similar specialization.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels (AdWords, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Affiliate marketing, email marketing, …).
  • You have experience with Google Analytics, Dashboarding tools, SEO and SEA but are also flexible to learn new systems.
  • You are meticulous and quality oriented, analytical / logical mind.
  • You possess a team spirit and good communication skills.
  • You have the ability to combine a strategic mind with a hands-on attitude.
  • Your skills are focused on a good relationship with our internal stakeholders.
  • Working independently, according to a plan and structure, and focused on results (quality, timing, budget) is natural for you.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
