Job description
- Helping to resolve customers’ issues with Power Protection (UPS) Products — which may involve visiting customer sites
- Identifying new product development or enhancements, and creating innovative solutions to meet customers’ needs
- Delivering training on new product developments or advanced functionalities to internal teams and customers
- Preparing price lists and quotes for review and approval
- Preparing reports on market, product and competitor activities for the sales and marketing team
- Working with others to define marketing plans and tools, while promoting sales activities
Profile
- Helping to resolve customers’ issues with Power Protection (UPS) Products — which may involve visiting customer sites
- Identifying new product development or enhancements, and creating innovative solutions to meet customers’ needs
- Delivering training on new product developments or advanced functionalities to internal teams and customers
- Preparing price lists and quotes for review and approval
- Preparing reports on market, product and competitor activities for the sales and marketing team
- Working with others to define marketing plans and tools, while promoting sales activities
