In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring marketing programs that are focused on customer acquisition (drive demand) and retention, keeping customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel. You should have proven success running data-driven marketing programs that deliver business results; and a track record of collaborating with sales teams to execute programs that build the pipeline.
The successful candidate has demonstrated a strong ability to analyze market opportunities, plan marketing tactics, and drive the implementation of marketing efforts. You have a passion for connecting with and understanding customers and can synthesize this information to define target personas & buyer journeys for focus geographies. You also have a strong desire to test new marketing approaches, bringing both creativity and strong analytical skills. Your creativity, customer focus, attention to detail and drive for results will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • You build data-driven marketing campaigns by targeting customers & providing end-to-end campaign management 
  • Setup annual & quarterly multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead generation, lead nurturing, demand creation programs, events in marketing automation tool (Marketo or Hubspot)
  • Point of contact for marketing related matters for dedicated regions 
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of campaigns (engagement, leads, pipeline, opportunities) with the purpose of improving resource allocation, optimization, efficiency (ROI), revenue generation
  • Create, maintain and analyze pipeline & campaign dashboards in Marketo and deliver in the form of weekly status reports
  • Coordinate with sales teams (field & inside) to ensure alignment and create feedback loop between sales and marketing teams
  • Focus on the buyer’s journey and deploy the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time with a focus on customer acquisition 
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including agencies, direct mail providers, and fulfillment services
  • Support tracking and analyzing website traffic and digital program effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources 
  • Build internal & external advocacy in collaboration with content & social media to grow content engagement across SCIA’s brand publishing 
  • Develop profiles of key buyers including demographics, attitudes, motivations and business functions


  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, as well you have a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in campaign management and/or customer acquisition within B-to-B
  • High-level of fluency in spoken and written English. French and Dutch are a plus
  • Experienced in developing and executing demand generation campaigns
  • Experienced in working with a variety of marketing technical systems, including marketing automation tools (Marketo, Hubspot ..) and CRM
  • Experience with ABM is a plus
  • Proficiency in web and data analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, ...
  • Knowledge of b-to-b sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
  • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to get the job done
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical thinker with experience analyzing, interpreting and reporting key marketing metrics across systems
  • Passion for understanding audiences and journeys ability to translate these insights into highly effective campaigns & workflows
  • You combine a positive personality with a team-oriented, structured and results driven attitude
  • Experience with working across geographically dispersed teams and colleagues
