In a fast-paced and international environment, you play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
You coordinate the full order process from A to Z: order entry in SAP, follow-up, delivery, and documentation. You work closely with multiple stakeholders such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and international teams.
You are responsible for preparing and validating export and shipping documents (including sea freight), ensuring compliance with procedures and avoiding operational issues.
You monitor order progress, anticipate problems and act quickly to resolve delays, errors or claims.
You are at the center of the operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Formation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
Connaissances professionnelles: 1 to 3 years of experience in an international (customer service or administrative) environment
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Teams, Power BI…)
Knowledge of Incoterms and payment terms (e.g. letters of credit)
Connaissances linguistiques: Fluent in English (mandatory)
Italian, Spanish or any additional language is a strong plus
