Job description

  • You perform the processing, commercial and administrative follow-up of customer requests in collaboration with
    commercial and commercial management.
  • You will be required to be in regular contact with clients and different stakeholders for different
    proactive and reactive tasks and missions necessary for the proper commercial follow-up of the client.
  • You process customer requests and solutions.
  • Respond to all internal and external requests for ongoing files.
  • Attend meetings.
  • Update the database.
  • Suggest possible commercial offers to customers.
  • Follow-up and management of agendas with appointment taking on different databases


  • Perfect bilingual (French and Dutch)
  • To have an appetite concerning the commercial function. Sense of organization and relational skills will enable to carry out missions.
  • You are able to analyze the situation and adapt according to the situation
  • You have a commercial spirit, a sense of service and priorities
  • You have an analytical mind and good problem-solving skills problems
  • Writing proficiency, spelling and knowledge of IT tools
  • Sense of initiative and assertiveness
  • You are challenged by respect for deadlines and the achievement of your goals
