Job description

  • Reception desk & related tasks
  • Order entry & instructions to 3PL for dispatch
  • Customer service contactperson
  • Pricing checks sales orders
  • Customer invoicing
  • Scanning and sending documents
  • PO creation overheads
  • GS1 database material master data maintenance
  • Ecomm content management
  • Follow up of overdue payments


Bilingual (NL/FR). ENG is a nice to have

Commercial approach, service oriented, fluent on the phone

Microsoft Office tools: Word & Excel

Experience with SAP is a bonus, but not a must have

Flexible and solution oriented (as the person will be covering over different people with different responsibilities as the weeks go by)
