Our client operates in the medical sector and is based in Zaventem. It is a leading international company. This position is part of the creation of a new team. The company has ample parking and is also accessible by bus. As part of the training, it is important that you can easily reach Zaventem, after which a lot of work can be done from home.

Job description

The responsibilities of this position as Administrative Contract Management Officer include:

  • Customizing contracts to meet client needs;
  • Uploading contracts into the system;
  • Ensuring all legal requirements on the contract are met;
  • Adding the appropriate adjustments to the contract per country and complying with legal provisions per country. This involves liaising with the legal departments of different countries;
  • Checking product prices in the system and adjusting where necessary;
  • Ensuring all prices are correctly entered into the SAP system;
  • Requesting necessary approvals for changes;
  • Having frequent contact with account managers.
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues in French and Italian!

Profile

The required qualifications for this position of Administrative Contract Management Officer are:

  • Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written. Additionally, fluent in Italian and French. German is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience;
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system;
  • Proficient in using the MS Office package, particularly Word;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Able to easily commute to Zaventem;
  • Previous knowledge of contract management is a significant advantage.
