In the past, you could limit yourself to the attitude, “I know my craft, I'm good with numbers and systems, I articulate clearly and that's enough.” Now managers increasingly recognize that direct relationships with customers and co-workers play a crucial role in the smooth running of a technical project.
The results of this training:
Lots of exercising and role play. Bring your own situations! The experiences gained during the exercises are discussed against the background of principles of communication in the more theoretical part. The slides are for inspiration, the syllabus offers a solid basis of principles of communication as well as easy to use scripts for different situations of communication, and do's and don'ts.
Delivered as a live, interactive training: available in-person or online, or in a hybrid format. Training can be implemented in English, Dutch, or French.
