Description de la fonction
- Manage the full operational flow of road freight shipments.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in internal systems.
- Track and trace shipments and prepare required reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery and clearance of freight when applicable.
- Handle accurate and timely billing for customers and vendors.
- Communicate with customers to arrange shipments and meet service expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and other logistics partners.
- Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
- Respond promptly to network communications, emails, and operational requests.
- Meet KPI standards according to company policies.
- Understand customer procedures and maintain updated internal SOPs.
Profil
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in road transport.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Solid computer skills (Excel, Word).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Eligible to work in Belgium.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Able to work effectively in an international, multicultural team.
