We are looking for a motivated Technical Operator to join a leading player in the recycling industry.
The Role:As a Technical Operator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the production lines. You'll carry out preventive maintenance, resolve technical issues, and help maintain high-quality standards. An important part of your role involves coaching and supporting fellow team members on the production floor.
? Your Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and adjust machines and installations
Perform quality checks and minor technical interventions
Analyze and resolve mechanical and operational issues
Coach and guide (new) colleagues during daily operations
Actively contribute to process improvements
Profil
Proven technical experience in a production environment
Strong communication skills with natural leadership abilities
Fluent in Dutch or English
Willing to work in a 2-shift system
Proactive and responsible mindset
